Terms
Cyber Insurance Application Scanner is operated by The Art of Service Pty Ltd, GPO Box 2673, Brisbane QLD 4001, Australia. By using it you accept these terms.
What it does and does not do
It reads a carrier cyber application question set against the standards' text we hold and shows the ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 and NIST CSF 2.0 controls each question reaches, with the evidence to gather. It does not rule on whether a control is implemented, whether an applicant will be offered cover or bound, or what a carrier will accept. Each row names the control and quotes the source question; the carrier and the assessor decide everything else.
The standards' text we hold
Each requirement is our statement of its clause, read against the copy we hold and cited to it, not the instrument verbatim. Where a text is not held in full, the page names it and does not state it. A line that is not one of the held carrier questions is shown as not held, and the closest held control is labelled as a closest match, never asserted as what the carrier asks.
Carrier application questions
Carrier and broker application questions are public documents, held from the source and refreshed by rebuilding the held snapshot, never fetched while you use the tool. The product maps the questions and quotes only the question each mapped row needs; it does not publish a carrier's application form, and a complete form would be held only under a stated policy for copyrighted forms. A carrier named on a page is a source document, never a customer or an endorsement.
Accounts and payment
Mapping an application needs no account. Saving an application is on the paid plan; payment is handled by Stripe, and the account is created from the email you give at checkout. Refunds on request within 30 days. Prices are in US dollars, with VAT or GST added where it applies.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where our liability can be limited, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupplying it.
Liability
Except for the guarantees above, the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for any decision taken on the strength of a row. Verify every row against the standard you hold. Contact support@theartofservice.com with any question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
